It has been emphasized time and again that the Annual Confidential Report should be written/reviewed by the Reporting/ Reviewing Officers well in time so that the ACR folders could be made available to the concerned authorities as and when required.

         The ACRs of about 2500 officers/officials in different ranks are being maintained in ACR Cell of CBI, Head Office. It has been observed that in spite of repeated requests from Head Office, the ACRs, written on calendar year basis and supposed to be received in CBI Head Office by 08th of March, have not been received from the officers concerned so far. The Branches have been advised to send the same early.
