During the period, sanctions worth Rs.5,14,040/- for making payment of electricity charges, renovation of toilets and rooms of Sr. officers, inauguration of office complex of CBI Dehradun br. were issued. Sanction for Rs. 4,45,550/- for civil/ electrical works in ACB Kolkata branch for setting up of Interrogation Room and sanction for Rs. 1,86,41,384/- for making payment of rent in respect of NDMC building at Yashwant place and sanction for Rs. 9 crores for making payment to NBCC for construction of CBI HO Building were also issued.

9 cases of GPF Advance and 44 cases of part final withdrawal and 116 cases of medical reimbursement were processed and settled.

Number of sanctions amounting to Rs. 30,17,850/- were issued to various CBI branches including HO for procurement of Projectors, Photocopiers, Computers & printers, ACs and UPSs etc.

Sanction for condemnation of 7 old Computers, 2 Photocopier machines, 1 AC, 1 Printer and 1 UPS were issued to various CBI branches.

Sanction for purchase of Seventeen (17) new vehicles against the condemned vehicles of various branches was received from DOPT and supply order for the purchase of Seventeen (17) Chevrolet Tavera vehicles was placed with G M Motors on 31.3.2008. The vehicles are likely to be received in the respective branches shortly.
