CBI HO Building is being constructed by NBCC at plot of land measuring 7025.8 sq. mts. in Pocket 5-B, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110003 at the total cost Rs. 137.72 crores. The construction will be completed by NBCC within 30 months from the date of commencement of work i.e. 9.4.2008. It will be 11 storied building with 2 basements. The ground breaking ceremony was held on 10.3.2008. As on date the excavation and laying of foundation are nearer to complete.
