One newly born female child, aged 2/3 days, pink (fair)
colour, eye color black, hair color black wearing dark and light yellow colur shirt and covered in white green
& towel was found abandoned in C- Block, Gali No.8, Shri Ram Colony, Delhi
at about 12.05 AM on 15.09.2005. The child has been handed over for care to an
NGO, Palna, DCCW, Kashmiri Gate, Delhi.
